  • Gabriela De Leon M.S., CCC-SLP

    Gabriela was born and raised in Austin, Texas. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders and from Abilene Christian University with my M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology. She is a bilingual SLP (Spanish/English) and loves working with bilingual patients and their families. Gabriela has experience working with AAC, articulation, phonology, and social skills. She has worked in the home health setting and clinic setting, and enjoys helping parents gain strategies to use at home.

  • Tanya Lujan M.S.,CCC-SLP, COM

    Owner, Bilingual Speech- Language Pathologist and Certified Orofacial Myologist.

    Tanya attended Abilene Christian University for undergraduate work with a Bachelors of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders, and attained her Master’s degree from Texas Woman’s University in 2011. Her experience includes working in public and private schools, home health, outpatient rehabilitation, and skilled nursing facilities. She started the pediatric outpatient speech therapy clinic at Odessa Regional Medical Center in Odessa, TX in June of 2014, before starting West Texas Speech & Myofunctional Therapy 2016, and now Thrive Therapy of Texas in 2024. She has experience in working with a variety of neurogenic and acquired diseases and disorders that affect our human communication abilities, eating/swallowing and quality of life. She is the only dually certified “Speech-language pathologist, and Certified Orofacial Myologist” in West Texas currently.

  • Rosie McLaughlin M.S., CCC-SLP

    Rosie is a Speech-Language Pathologist originally from the North Suburbs of Chicago who recently relocated to Austin, Texas. With experience working across pediatric and adult populations, Rosie has worked in school, acute care, and private clinic settings. She is experienced in identifying and supporting unique challenges associated with Autism, Down syndrome, specific learning disabilities, stuttering, and speech sound disorders. Rosie is passionate about equipping clients with lifelong strategies. She earned a Bachelor of Health Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Missouri and a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Midwestern University. Rosie is skilled in AAC and has received formal training in the Expanding Expression Tool Kit (EET) and Social Thinking®. She is also in the process of becoming certified in the Simon Says Myofunctional Therapy Programs.
